Pre-Trial Discovery

Buckley Associates has many years experience conducting and participating in pre-trial discovery investigation.  We operate on the assumption that every case is headed for litigation.  Our investigations and all supporting evidence, whether physical or documentary is always preserved in anticipation of litigation.  Our written reports are always prepared in anticipation of litigation.  We have many years experience in the investigation, audit, and examination in both friendly and hostile environments.
